Experience
Professional Service Solutions (PSS) President & CEO, Mr. Christopher Fabian, has spent virtually his entire career as a Service Executive in the Consumer Electronics Industry. He has gained years of progressive industry experience in the consumer electronics industry, serving in executive positions with three world-class consumer electronics companies.
In August 2005, Mr. Fabian retired from his position as Vice-President of National Service at Toshiba America Consumer Products, LLC. (TACP) and in January 2006, he launched Professional Service Solutions. The reasons for founding PSS was to allow Mr. Fabian to best utilize his broad-based executive service experience to provide consulting services to the Consumer Electronics Industry. Prior to TACP, Mr. Fabian owned and operated his own Refurbishing and Service Business located in North Georgia where his company provided reverse logistics services for a major Consumer Electronics Manufacturer. His company was an industry authorized service center, providing in-warranty service for numerous consumer electronics brands of CE products. Prior to this, Mr. Fabian served as Vice-President of Service at Hitachi Home Electronics America (HHEA). Earlier in his career, Mr. Fabian held a variety of challenging management positions at Philips Consumer Electronics Corporation (PCEC),
including National Service Manager and ultimately, Director of Commercial and Professional Services prior to joining HHEA. Mr. Fabian is a highly experienced senior executive leader in the Consumer Electronics Industry, with strong negotiation, training and supervisory skills with a proven track record.
