PSS also works closely in the area of third party service contracts and business solutions to support the service industry.

Reverse Logistics Association Conference & Expo

Chris Fabian, President of Professional Service Solutions, recently attended the RLTS Convention and Expo at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Fabian, who serves as Chairman of the Reverse Logistic Associations Retail Consumer Product Committee, also participated as a panel moderator for the Early Detection and Recycling panel held on February 5, 2008. Panelists included: Pam Rapp, Strategy Manager for Walmart Stores, Jack DeButts, Strategic Plannng Manager at Dell, Jeremy Murchland, Customer Service Manager at Sony Ericsson Mobile, Alan Clarke, Sr. Manager Service Opeations at Kyocera, Paul Snyder, Reverse Logistics Program Manager at Microsoft, Paul Adamson, Director of Business Development at Round 2 Technologies and Bita Salimian, VP/CEO at Video Audio Specialists and a representative to NESDA. The panel, moderated by Mr. Fabian was one of the highlights of the RLA convention and Expo and was attended by a standing room only crowd. Mr. Fabian commented that "This was one of the best reverse logistics events that I have ever attended in my 25+ year career in the Industry".
